Dimitri Bellrock is a character I created in 2019. He is influenced by my interests in concert-going and experiences I had in the summer of that year. First performed within a place here in Louisville, Kentucky I call The Red House.

Dimitri is in a way a second personality. He is an outlet for expressions of turmoil and confrontation in response to societal denial, systemic issues, personal traumas, and grief. On a lighter note, his intentions of expression are of good cause, he can be described as kind but not nice. (There’s a difference.)

He was more toned down in recent years with his last great transgression in 2022 which was a disturbing and painful expose of his experiences with mistreatment and radically justified consequences.
